The C5 Framework
The C5 Framework, developed by Reset7 Labs, is a psychometric model that measures how effectively humans collaborate with AI across five domains — Clarity, Creativity, Criticality, Collaboration, and Conscience.
Inspired by UNESCO's AI Competency Framework (2021), Stanford's Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence's AI principles, and the A-Factor Model (Li et al., Tsinghua University, 2024), C5 combines these foundations into a single measurable model of AI literacy and engagement — uniting both a quantitative index and a qualitative engagement map to reveal how individuals think, create, and act with AI.
